Rhodes Enterprises and Esperanza Homes marked the groundbreaking of the Villas at Tres Lagos development in McAllen, according to the McAllen Chamber of Commerce. The project is located next to the Texas A&M Higher Education Center at 4350 Tres Lagos Blvd. Plans for the development include walking trails, sports courts, a swimming pool and a lake.
