The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley earned the UEDA Award of Excellence in the Innovation category for its project RGV Startup Week, developed in partnership with the Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation and the UTRGV Entrepreneurship & Commercialization Center through the eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization. This marks UTRGV’s second consecutive national win, following last year’s recognition in a different category. The award highlights the Rio Grande Valley’s growing reputation as a hub for entrepreneurship and collaborative innovation.
