The UTRGV Small Business Development Center will host a free webinar on competitor analysis Jan. 21, 2026, from 2 to 3 p.m. The session will be conducted online and will focus on why monitoring competitors is important, how to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and tools used to track competition. The webinar is presented by the UTRGV SBDC with promotional support from multiple economic development organizations and chambers across the Rio Grande Valley.
