Laredo Chamber representatives participated in a roundtable discussion with Gov. Greg Abbott centered on job creation and workforce training efforts in Webb County. The meeting was held at the invitation of Webb County Judge Tano E. Tijerina. Attendees included chamber members from financial institutions, development and construction companies and motor carrier firms. The gathering ensured private-sector input was represented in discussions about Texas’ economic and workforce priorities.
