President and CEO of CIL Logistics and CIL Capital Development Solutions, Joaquin Spamer, joined a panel on trade and global competitiveness at the Texas Association of Business’ “Texas Dynamism: Powering the Next Economic Frontier” event in San Antonio on Nov. 18. Spamer and other panelists discussed Texas’ role in trade, logistics, artificial intelligence and innovation. The program also featured state leaders, including Gov. Greg Abbott, emphasizing collaboration between public and private-sector partners in shaping the state’s economic future.
