Terra-Gen, a leading renewable energy producer in the United States, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 13 to celebrate the commissioning of its 238.5-megawatt Monte Cristo I Windpower Project in Edinburg. The event will include company representatives, landowners, local officials and community members. The ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. at 26485 N. Moorefield Road.
