Representatives from the Rio South Texas region joined the 2025 INDEX National Convention to advance cross-border partnerships in manufacturing and trade. Led by COSTEP, the delegation highlighted the region’s strategic advantages in workforce, infrastructure and supply-chain connectivity for North American production and export. Economic development organizations from the Rio Grande Valley participated, emphasizing the region’s growing role in supporting nearshoring and binational competitiveness.
