The Rio Grande City Economic Development Corporation has named Marlene Mendoza-De La Torre as its new communications coordinator. Mendoza-De La Torre, who previously served the city in multiple roles, brings extensive experience in public relations across both the public and private sectors. Mendoza-De La Torre’s expertise is aimed to strengthen the EDC’s efforts to connect with residents, businesses and community partners.
