The Rio Grande Valley Partnership has named nominees for its State of the Region Excellence Awards, recognizing leadership and impact in the community. Among those nominated are Chamber President and CEO Javier De Leon and several Chamber partners. The awards will be presented during a luncheon, and public voting is open through Oct. 17.
