Local business and community leaders will gather Oct. 21, for the Stronger Together: Business Mixer at Tijerina Courtyard in Rio Grande City. The event celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month and highlights the success of the RGV H.I.R.E.S. initiative, which promotes job opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The mixer will recognize partnerships that support inclusive workforce development across the Rio Grande Valley.
