LAREDO, Texas - Realterm, a global investment management firm specializing in transportation, announced the acquisition of an industrial outdoor storage facility at 14610 Mines Road, in Laredo.

The property spans 40 acres and is fully secured with two access points. Approximately 25.3 acres are paved with concrete and include a 22,250-square-foot check-in facility, a 6,800-square-foot office building and a 3,000-square-foot wash bay.

The paved portion of the site is leased to Heartland Express, a truckload transportation carrier that provides dry van and temperature-controlled freight services across North America. The remaining acreage is available for potential uses, including overflow trailer parking or future development as a maintenance facility or truck terminal.
