Harlingen Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Javier De León served as master of ceremonies for the ribbon cutting of the Richmond Hills Drainage Improvement Project last week. The project represents a collaboration between Cameron County Drainage District No. 5, the La Feria Irrigation District, and the City of Primera to improve drainage infrastructure in the Richmond Hills subdivision. The initiative aims to strengthen local infrastructure and enhance quality of life for area residents.
