The Pharr Economic Development Corporation and PSJA ISD are continuing their collaboration to equip students with hands-on experience in fields such as automotive, baking, diesel and information technology. Many interns are set to graduate in December with professional licenses, positioning them for high-wage jobs in the local workforce. Pharr EDC President and CEO Victor Perez said the partnership is helping shape a generation ready to reinvest in the community and drive the city’s growth.
