Palenque Grill held its grand opening in Brownsville, where local, state and federal leaders attended to mark the restaurant’s launch. Attendees included U.S. Rep. Vicente Gonzalez, state Rep. Erin Gamez, Mayor John Cowen, Port Chairman Steve Guerra and Sheriff Manuel Trevino. The event was hosted by the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce.
