McAllen Public Utility will host the second annual Rio Grande Valley Utility Conference from Nov. 5–7, 2025, at the McAllen Convention Center. The three-day event will bring together more than about 350 attendees and 50 exhibitors from across the utility industry to discuss trends, share innovations and address challenges in water and wastewater management. The conference will feature expert-led workshops offering continuing education credits and professional development hours, along with networking opportunities and exhibits highlighting new technologies in smart grid development, artificial intelligence and water management.
