McAllen Economic Development Corporation says it “remains committed to supporting the City of McAllen by helping local businesses access funding for workforce training, upskilling and talent pipeline development to ensure our community continues to grow and thrive.” The EDC made its comments in response to an RGG Business Journal news story that said Rio Grande Valley businesses are not accessing all the skills development funds available from the Texas Workforce Commission.
