The McAllen Economic Development Corporation attended the Index Reynosa Monthly General Managers Meeting held in McAllen, where industry leaders gathered to discuss issues affecting maquiladora operations in Mexico. Conversations addressed labor reform and compliance, along with import and export requirements, trade regulations and document management tied to cross-border manufacturing. A representative from Index México also outlined services the organization provides to companies, including assistance with incorporation, permitting and regulatory compliance.
