McAllen Economic Development Corporation CEO Elizabeth Suarez and COO Ralph Garcia toured SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Boca Chica this week as part of a Border Trade Alliance visit focused on major projects shaping the border region. Following the tour, BTA board members met in Harlingen to discuss cross-border cooperation, economic competitiveness and the future of trade. The McAllen EDC participated in the meetings as part of its ongoing work to support regional connectivity and border-focused economic initiatives.
