The McAllen Economic Development Corporation met with representatives from COSTEP, South Texas College’s Center for Advanced Training and Apprenticeships, and Hagihara Industries to discuss potential workforce partnerships. The collaboration aims to develop a talent pipeline that supports Hagihara’s growth in McAllen. The effort would also expand career opportunities for local students.
