Bettcher Manufacturing hosted McAllen EDC Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ralph Garcia, this week at its facility in Mission. Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Phillip Rimes, who is set to retire later this year, introduced Garcia to Kenneth Mack, the incoming president and CEO. Bettcher, which began operations in 1894 and later expanded to Mission, also runs a plant in Reynosa and recently invested in a powder coat paint line.
