Representatives from the McAllen Economic Development Corporation attended the Texas Economic Development Corporation’s annual holiday celebration in Austin, where Gov. Greg Abbott was present. The event included networking with officials from the Texas Economic Development Corporation, led by Aaron Demerson, and Adriana Cruz, executive director of the Governor’s Economic Development and Tourism Office, as well as economic development organizations from across the state. MEDC officials said their participation reflects ongoing engagement at the state level as Texas continues to see strong economic activity.
