A $650,000 historic renovation is underway in downtown Edinburg, led by LEWIS Building LLC. The project will restore a 1925 landmark and create six new commercial rental spaces for local entrepreneurs. Plans also include adding a boutique bourbon bar, coffee shop and other destinations expected to generate new jobs and support downtown revitalization.
