The Harlingen Economic Development Corporation participated in the 2025 Manufacturing and Supply Chain Nearshoring Summit in El Paso last week. Representatives, including the organization’s marketing coordinator and small business and startup manager, highlighted Harlingen’s business opportunities to companies exploring expansion or relocation. The EDC was joined by David Lotterer of JLL, who promoted available properties at Valley International Airport, including the Valley Aerospace Center and the Harlingen Aerotropolis.
