The Harlingen Economic Development Corporation announced that Garver, an engineering firm, is moving forward with a new office facility in Harlingen, with completion expected in summer 2026. The office, located at 612 Victoria Lane, represents a $5 million investment and is intended to consolidate Garver’s local operations. Garver currently employs 49 professionals and plans to add 50 new jobs as part of the expansion. The one-story, 25,000-square-foot building will sit on a 3.2-acre site and is designed to accommodate up to 130 employees. The project is part of a larger mixed-use development near the city’s medical district and reflects Garver’s long-term commitment to the Harlingen community.
