Donna has joined the Rio South Texas Region Binational Autocluster according to a published press release by the Region Sept. 4. Donna’s location positions it as a key contributor to the cluster’s goals of integration and supply chain efficiency. The Donna EDC, in partnership with COSTEP, is working to attract investment and expand the city’s role as a rising hub for manufacturing and logistics.
