The Donna Economic Development Corporation (EDC) has opened applications for its Business Beautification Grant. The program offers up to $5,000 in reimbursable funding on a 50/50 match basis for approved exterior improvements to commercial properties within city limits. Eligible applicants have to generate and pay sales taxes to the state and be current on city and state permits.
