Construction is officially underway on the new Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) advanced manufacturing training facility at the Port of Brownsville. The facility will offer hands-on training in advanced machinery, automation and robotics. The building is being constructed by Noble Texas Builders and should be completed by mid-2026. Texas A&M believes the facility will be a key driver in workforce development and regional growth.
