Redevelopment plans for Weslaco’s Palm Plaza are underway, aiming to transform the site into a 165,000-square-foot shopping center along Expressway 83. The project will feature new retail, dining, and entertainment options, offering access to more than 1.5 million residents across the region. Phase 1 of the development is now leasing, with completion expected in 2026.
