Harlingen will host the Kauffman FastTrac Business Fundamentals Program this fall, a seven-session course aimed at helping entrepreneurs build business plans and strengthen essential skills. The program runs from Oct. 21 to Dec. 2, 2025, at the Harlingen Economic Development Corporation. It is offered in partnership with the UTRGV Entrepreneurship & Commercialization Center and Harlingen EDC.
