City and business leaders broke ground today on Plaza Guerlain, a $22.6 million mixed-use development supported by the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation. The project will include nearly 30,000 square feet of retail and dining space, multifamily housing and two electric vehicle charging stations. Expected to generate about 180 jobs, the development aims to enhance economic activity near UTRGV’s Vaqueros Stadium.
