The City of Brownsville is developing Marina Industrial Park, a 60-acre project in the city's north industrial corridor. The project is developed by Grupo SIDEE Construction and will feature four speculative 150,000-square-foot buildings, a 140,000-square-foot facility and retail space, with early site work valued at $3.3 million. It is scheduled for completion in late 2026 and is located near the Port of Brownsville.
