Brownsville Mayor John Cowen and Harlingen Mayor Norma Sepulveda will take part in a public conversation focused on leadership, innovation and the role of entrepreneurship in the Rio Grande Valley. The discussion will highlight how public service and business ownership intersect and how collaboration can support regional progress. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the eBridge Center in Brownsville.
