Brownsville Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Esmy Villarreal represented the organization at the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives Board Retreat in Georgetown. Villarreal serves on the TCCE board and attended the annual retreat. The chamber reported that her participation focuses on statewide business community engagement.
