MCALLEN, Texas - Carlos Telles is first vice president broker in CBRE's McAllen office.
Telles recently gave a power point presentation on the industrial warehouse sector at a luncheon hosted May 30 by the law firm of Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez in McAllen.
In his remarks, Telles confirmed the upper Rio Grande Valley needs more industrial warehouse space.
