PHARR, TEXAS - Pharr Economic Development Corporation held its annual Industrial Warehouse Summit on Oct. 5, at the Pharr Research & Development Center.
Among the presenters was Daniel Garza, a program specialist at the UTRGV Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Center.
