PHARR, Texas - The first public hearing in the U.S. on reviewing the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement will take place in Washington, D.C., Dec. 3-5.
The news was relayed to RioPlex by famed Rio Grande Valley-based customs broker Jorge Torres, of Interlink Trade Services.
The hearing, hosted by the U.S. Trade Representative, is in preparation for the first Six-Year Joint Review of the USMCA on July 1, 2026.
The hearing will take place at the U.S. International Trade Commission, 500 E Street S.W., Washington, D.C., 20436.
The public hearing will be held at the following times:
• Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 6:50 PM EST
• Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM EST
• Friday, December 5, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 3:20 PM EST
