EDINBURG, Texas - Paul Rodriguez is president and CEO of Valley Land Title Co.
Rodriguez recently spoke at an event hosted by South Texas Builders Association. The meeting was attended by two members of Congress.
Rodriguez confirmed what the builders were saying, that ICE raids on construction sites across the Rio Grande Valley are hampering the building of residential homes. Why? Because construction workers are being rounded up and taken away, leaving projects half completed.
