BROWNSVILLE, Texas - Civil engineering firm Halff recently celebrated an expansion of its Brownsville offices with a ribbon-cutting. The square footage has shot up from 3,000 to 8,500.

To learn more about growth in the lower Rio Grande Valley, the RGG Business Journal interviewed Menton J.”Trey” Murray, III. He is Halff’s chairman of the board for South Texas operations.
