MISSION, Texas - Teclo Garcia is CEO of Mission Economic Development Corporation. He and his team have just returned from a trade mission to San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
There, they took in a big auto manufacturing trade show and promoted Anzalduas International Bridge. The bridge is scheduled to take fully-loaded cargo in the summer of 2024.
