Manufacturing infrastructure discussed at 2026 NADBank Summit

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - A panel discussion on manufacturing infrastructure took place at the 2026 NADBank Summit. 

The event was held at the Kimpton Santo hotel in downtown San Antonio. 

The title of the discussion on manufacturing was: “Made in North America: Manufacturing Competitiveness.” 

The panelists were: Christian Perez Giese, executive vice president and director of CBRE; Emmanuel Loo, deputy secretary of the economy for Nuevo León; Joaquin Spamer, founder and CEO of CIL Group; and Pete Sepulveda, county administrator for Cameron County. 

The moderator of the panel was Shawn Hesse, vice president of sustainability in North America for JLL.

The NADBank Summit serves as a premier national high-level dialogue forum and networking platform focused on accelerating environmental infrastructure, sustainability, and economic growth along the U.S.-Mexico border.

  4. Sharing innovation and best practices. It features keynotes and panels showcasing technical solutions, sustainable technologies, and successful financing models designed to enhance quality of life in border communities.
