MCALLEN, Texas – The CEO Group met privately at the McAllen Country Club on Nov. 7 to further discuss the RioPlex project.
The idea is to market the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Tamaulipas region around the world as RioPlex.
One of those in attendance was Joaquin Spamer, president and founder of Commodities Integrated Logistics.
Indeed, Spamer leads the CEO Group and helped organize the meeting.
