MCALLEN, Texas - Gilberto Salinas, CEO of Greater Brownsville Incentives Corporation, has given an update on the big economic development projects his group is working on.
Salinas was a panelist at an event hosted by Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP). It was called the "Building the Valley – Uniting for RGV Regional Growth" and it was held at the Embassy Suites in McAllen.
The other panelists were Rose Benavidez, president of Starr County Industrial Foundation, and Victor Perez, president of Pharr Economic Development Corporation.
The moderator was Josue Reyes, president and CEO of D. Wilson Construction.
