BROWNSVILLE, Texas - Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar, whose office oversees funding for broadband infrastructure across the state, will be the special guest at an upcoming Brownsville Chamber of Commerce event.
“Join us for an informative and engaging Public Affairs Luncheon as the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce proudly presents "Texas Talks: A Luncheon with Comptroller Glenn Hegar - Navigating Fiscal Frontiers." This highly anticipated luncheon will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.,” said Brownsville Chamber President and CEO Esmeralda “Esmy” Villarreal.
“The luncheon will feature Texas State Comptroller Glenn Hegar. This is an excellent opportunity to stay informed and network with like-minded individuals who share a passion for the growth and prosperity of our community.”
Villarreal said the event is open to all individuals interested in attending, not just chamber members.
