RAYMONDVILLE, Texas - CIL Capital held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Raymondville Plaza project in Raymondville, Texas, on May 8, 2026.
The project comprises six 1,000-square-foot units on 2.02 acres of land.
From the podium, leaders from Willacy County and Raymondville welcomed the CIL project, whilst CIL founder and president Joaquin Spamer told a story about his affection for Raymondville. He said his projects in the city have been amongst his most profitable.
