DALLAS, Texas - Michael "Mick" Hawton is a partner in and chief strategy officer for Georgetown, Texas-based Headwater Commercial Real Estate.
He is also chairman of the board for Hays Caldwell Economic Development Partnership.
Hawton attended the recent 2025 ICSC Red River conference to help secure more retail development for his area.
But he also took the opportunity to develop stronger ties with the Rio Grande Valley, most notably with South Texas Facility Partnership and the Rio Grande Valley Partnership. Here is an interview with Hawton from the conference:
