BROWNSVILLE, Texas — In a landmark move reflecting the deepening economic ties across the Rio Grande, real estate leaders from South Texas and Tamaulipas gathered today to forge a formal cross-border partnership aimed at transforming the regional property market.

The Brownsville/South Padre Island Board of REALTORS® (BBOR) hosted its inaugural Binational Forum at its Brownsville headquarters in direct collaboration with its neighboring Mexican association, the Matamoros chapter of the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI Matamoros).
